Childhood sweethearts Lionel Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo have finally tied the knot in their hometown in Argentina.
And whilst Lionel may be the most famous of the couple, their wedding day was Antonella's time to shine, with all eyes on her in two custom gowns by Rosa Clara.
Messi was snapped leaning in to give an excruciatingly awkward peck to start their married life.
Overseen by son Thiago, whose head Messi rubbed afterwards to bring a swift end to the uneasy moment, the star couple perhaps did not enjoy the kiss in the way they might have hoped.
And the party continued long into the night, where a host of Barcelona and Argentina stars, both past and present, flocked to the dancefloor to celebrate the new marriage.
The former Republic of Ireland international criticised some players for not giving 'candid interviews' and were acting like celebrities.
