Patricia Ann Paynter -- Patricia Ann Paynter of Millsboro, passed away at her home on Sunday, Nov. Born at Beebe Hospital, she always called herself the “Beebe Baby.” She was the daughter of the late John “Jack” Robinson Buchanan Lawton and Catherine Ingram Lawton.
After earning her degree as an RN, she worked many years at Deer’s Head Center until her retirement. She loved to travel and, with her husband, Don they were fortunate enough to visit all 50 states. The business continues to be successful today under the ownership and direction of Becky’s longtime friend, Crystal Choplick. She and close friends, Molly Lewis and Kim Ray spent countless hours riding their horses along the ditch banks and field edges just west of Bridgeville.
